Return & Exchange Policy

We’re committed to helping you Carry on the Fun! At Bogg, we’re all about bringing joy, ease, and fun to your adventures, and that includes your shopping experience. We’ve implemented a new returns portal to simplify the refund and exchange processes. See below for more details!

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team here for assistance.

Please note: we currently only accept returns for US orders but are looking into adding other countries asap!

Returns & Exchanges Criteria

  • Original packaging with tags still attached
  • Returned in the same new, unused condition as received

Orders that don’t meet these criteria aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Holiday Return Window

We’re happy to share that we’re offering an extended return window for the holiday season. Orders placed between November 15, 2024 and December 23, 2024 will be eligible for returns until January 15, 2025, giving you extra time and flexibility.

Return Process

Need to return No worries! We have made the process easy: 

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.
  • After 15 days, you may still return your item for store credit within 45 days of delivery.
  • You’ll receive a return label and packing slip to send back your items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and store credits will be issued as an e-gift card that never expires and can be used only at www.boggbag.com.

Bogg Bag does not cover return shipping costs. Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return.

Exchange Process

Looking for something different We now offer instant exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available within 45 days of delivery.
  • Select the items you wish to exchange and complete the return reason in our return portal.
    • Select I didn’t like the item OR I found something else I like more
  • Once the return is initiated, you will be directed to www.boggbag.com where you can shop for your exchange items using return credit.
  • Any unused return credit will either be refunded or can be converted into store credit—your choice.
  • You can even buy more than your return credit; any additional charges will be processed at checkout.
  • Once you’ve added your exchange items to cart, click Checkout. You’ll land back on the returns page where you will see a summary of the items you’re returning and purchasing.
  • Once you press submit, you’ll receive a return label and packing slip to send back your items, and your new order will be processed right away!

You may see a pending authorization charge for your exchange order. As long as you ship back your return items within 14 days, you won’t be charged for your exchange order.

Important Reminders

We recommend that you keep the return package tracking number for your records in case the shipment is lost or delayed. Bogg Bag does not cover return shipping costs and shipping costs from your order are non-refundable.
